Unified Development Authority

The CSRA Unified Development Authority is a joint development authority pursuant to the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (OCGA) 36-62-5.1. The UDA's Board of Directors includes two appointees from each of the member counties (appointed by the County Commission) and works on regionally significant projects that require joint local government cooperation.

As a Joint Development Authority, the UDA offers its members the ability to negotiate, finance, construct, and operate projects with a regional labor market pull.
